Ana Julia was born in Buenos Aires Argentina under a dictatorship regime. Her family lived with her always in the peripheries of the big capital city, in a small town with mainly Italian refugees from the Second World War called Turdera. From the early years she always showed a special sensibility towards arts and photography. 

She graduated from University as an Architect but she never gave up on her main dream, Photography. She also attended arts and painting classes at University of Arts in Buenos Aires (IUNA), ceramic courses in Cusco Peru,  Level I & II of the Cinema Production course in Buenos Aires and vast courses of literature since early age.
